Monitor - Inform - Connect

To encourage better mental health outcomes Prevail Solutions will monitor the well-being of your workforce; confidentially inform employees when there may be a concern; and connect them with professional resources in a timely manner when warranted.

MONITOR

When the program is launched, employees have a resilience interview and then participate in a monthly survey with a screening tool tailored to your profession. Results of the survey are monitored continuously to detect early warning signs of declining mental resilience.

INFORM

When results from the monthly screening indicate a potential concern, a team member from Prevail Solutions contacts the employee to determine whether there is a need for support.

 

Individual participation is completely voluntary; only the staff at Prevail Solutions have access to the responses.

CONNECT

If it is confirmed an employee requires support, our team works with the individual to determine the best course of action for addressing their needs. They are then referred to an appropriate health care provider in a timely manner.

 

​In all cases, a follow-up is completed to ensure that the health care provider is a good fit, and that the employee is on the road to recovery.
