MENTAL HEALTH MONITORING

Prevail Mental Health Solutions sends a monthly resilience survey  that assesses a variety of indicators tailored to the specific profession and their work environment.

WELLNESS CHECK

Should the monthly resilience survey results be of a concern,  a member from Prevail Mental Health solutions will contact the client in a timely manner based on urgency.

FOLLOW UP

When contact has been made a follow up by the assigned Client Support representative will be done in two weeks to maintain connection and reinforce the importance of taking care of one’s mental health.

HEALTH CARE REFERRAL 

Through discussion , a referral may be warranted. Prevail Mental Health Solutions has an accredited list of professional services to recommend. The referral is based on the client's consent and remains confidential to the employer.

Post Incident Debrief

As and when needed, critical incidents occur and require immediate action. Prevail Mental Health Solutions provides a Three-Step Approach.

On-Site briefing session– We will coordinate with the employer to arrange a one-hour briefing session at the workplace.

Confidential One-on-One Meetings – Following the presentation, any individual who wishes to speak privately will have the opportunity to meet with us one-on-one.

Follow-Up – Two weeks later, we will connect with the employees and offer  support and address any ongoing needs.
