MENTAL HEALTH MONITORING
Employees are invited to participate in a monthly mental health survey in order to monitor indicators of individual resilience, trends in job satisfaction, burnout, secondary trauma, anxiety, depression and suicidal ideation.
A variety of training opportunities are available to bolster resilience within organizations; examples include:
peer support training;
mental health training;
suicide prevention training;
Results of monthly surveys are reviewed within 48 hours. In the event that any scores indicate a cause for concern, a member of Prevail Solutions will contact the employee to discuss the concerns identified and potential avenues of support.
Prevail Solutions is available for consultation regarding Employee and Organizational resilience, Peer Support training, debriefings and other mental health related topics in support of employee and organizational resilience.
HEALTH CARE REFERRAL
If it is confirmed that the employee may benefit from professional support, a Prevail Solutions’ team member will work with the individual to determine the best course of action and refer the employee to an appropriate health care provider if necessary.
