MENTAL HEALTH MONITORING

Prevail Mental Health Solutions sends a monthly psychological screening tool that assesses a variety of indicators tailored to the specific profession and their work environment.  

HEALTH CARE REFERRAL 

Through discussion between a client and their customer service representative, a referral may be warranted. Prevail Mental Health Solutions has an accredited list of services to recommend. The referral is based on the client's consent and remains confidential to the employer.

WELLNESS CHECK

Should the monthly psychological screening tool results be of a concern, the assigned Client Service Rep of Prevail Mental Health solutions will contact the client within 48 hours of completion. 

CRITICAL STRESS BRIEFING

As and when needed, critical incidents occur and require immediate action. Prevail Mental Health Solutions provides a 3 step approach. First, we will arrange with employer to attend the site and provide a 1 hour educational presentation. Next step a one on one is provided to anyone wishing to speak privately. Lastly, we will return two weeks later to follow up with support.

FOLLOW UP

When contact has been made due to concerns based on the monthly psychological screening tool, a follow up by the assigned Client Service rep from Prevail Mental Health solutions will check in two weeks later to maintain connection and reinforce the importance of taking care of one’s mental health.

Prevail Mental Health Solutions is available for consulting regarding Peer Support, Mental Health Education, or any combination to bolster the resilience of employees.
